This is how my second Cultural Exchange Program ended. After that, in the pictures on my phone there are no more fairies and pixie dust, no more mouses and no more magic! Going home wasn't as hard as it was last year for me. I cried all the tears I had to cry while I was still there and I think it helped. It still took me 3 months before I was able to write the last month of my summer. I threw myself and my heart in my studies and work all semester and now that the finals are here I couldn't take it anymore and I had to finally write it. This blog is full of so much memories and writing and rereading it made me go through so many different emotions. I met so many great people that I am going to remember all my life and did so many things and how did I get so lucky?! I know I called this post home, but coming back to Canada didn't feel like I was coming home. Some piece of my heart will always be missing. As soon as I came back from Florida, I applied again for what might be my third ICP. This year is my last year of college and also my last chance to live this amazing experience once more. I can't wait to see what happens! O'hana means family! And all of you guys who made this summer so amazing might not be my family by blood, but I love you just the same! For now, this is it! I did it! I wrote about my entire summer! I look forward to writing to you again soon if, again, I am lucky enough to be a part of this magical program.
